Everything. Breakfast was awesome, had different kind of bread ( pancakes too) and pastries, always a Dahl with some small naan, eggs, potatoes, noodles, and some Thai recipe. Just awesome for a small price! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. One night we had a neighbour that was very loud (a bit drunk I presume) they woke us up at 1 am so I called reception and 2 min later I her someone knocking on their door. Very good location also, close to two excellent vegan restaurant more other restaurant and at a 1 min walk from a village market were you can buy nice snacks and dinner. Finally only 10 min walk to sky train station or they have a shuttle to bring you there :D View was excellent and beautiful and so claiming during a thunder storm was like a mini spa inside the room.

We have used this Hotel on previous occasion when visiting Bangkok. It is a good standard grade of hotel, with excellent cleanliness, helpful staff and decent sized rooms. It has a little bay area which is good for the taxis to pull into to allow you to get into and out of the taxi without stopping the traffic. The most important part for me was that I thought I had lost my mobile phone - but the reception staff held a lost phone in reception which they gave back to me when I asked if they had found one. Wearing shorts with smaller pockets and large smart phones is not the best combination.

Location is walking distance to Soi 11 (brilliant nightlife, bars, restaurants etc), also walking distance to Nana BTS / MRT connections. Along the way there's so much to see and do, local market, shops, street sellers, and if you're able to walk further afield (as I did daily, you can walk down to Terminal 21 Shopping Complex where the Food Court food is so so cheap but great quality. Really good location. Hotel itself is fairly well maintained, on occassions housekeeping missed things but one quick call to front desk resolved this and the front desk staff were superb throughout.

The stay from arrival to departure was enjoyable and ticked the boxes as a business traveller. Solid wifi, comfortable business chair and workinng desk, hot shower, comfortable bed, ability to open window when desired was good, however still quiet when closed, iron and board requested, delivered promptlyl, and in good condition. Walkable distance to Nana BTS for business meetings. K. Neo on arrival and K. Gift during the stay were helpful as required. Unable to experience bfst, will do so on my next stay. Will return.

Breakfast was great. Excellent room with everything I could need. The mattress is very comfortable.. not too soft and not too hard. The room was located at the back of the hotel which made it quite quiet. The location of the hotel is very good with access to Bumrungrad Hospital only 7 minutes walking away. It is a short 15 min. walk to the BTS. Loads of restaurants, massage places and nail salons nearby. The hotel has an ATM at the entrance which is very practical.
